8 TIPS FOR MAKING A FAST AND GOOD BEFORE THE SUMMER!

Lose weight fast is possible, and it does not automatically mean extreme frustration, total deprivation or random diet!
So right in the middle before the holidays, how to lose your last superfluous curves quickly, well done?
Discover the rules to follow to lose weight quickly, while respecting the needs of your body, and enjoying life!

1- TO MAKE A FAST AND WELL BEFORE THE SUMMER, REMEMBER THE FALSE FRIENDS!

Some foods are misleading, and mistakes and pitfalls to avoid are sometimes difficult to detect in a world where food is increasingly complex! Look closely at the labels, and track down the sugar-laden foods without looking.

Bottled fruit juices contain a very large portion of sugar if they are not labeled 100% pure juice, and are an excellent example of fake diet food. Prefer homemade fruit juices, which you consume in moderation, and opt instead for whole fruits, full of excellent fibers for your transit and your satiety!

Breakfast cereals are also a good example of a food that is falsely allied to your weight loss. These are often very sweet products and little satiating. Opt for oatmeal or wholemeal bread, which will provide you with the fuel you need to get the day off to a good start.

And stay alert, as many other products fall into the fake-friend category when it comes to losing a few pounds quickly before the summer, for example: lite products, smoothies, sandwich bread, pan fries frozen vegetables, or vegetable chips.

2- BASE YOUR FOOD ON FOOD WITH LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX

Thanks to foods with a low glycemic index, such as rye bread, wholemeal bread, or whole grains (rice, quinoa …), your blood sugar level (glycemia) remains stable and balanced, while nourishing your brain and your muscles.

You avoid fatigue and cravings, and spend 11h proudly, without suffering the famous pump that pushes you to nibble often fat and sweet snacks, and without finding yourself hungry when you start your lunch.

3- THINK PROTEIN!

To not go hungry during your slimming diet and not feel tired, consider eating enough protein. These have the ability to promote muscle growth (they perfectly accompany your physical activity program), help elimination and have a strong satiating power.

At each meal, program lean meat (chicken, ham) or fish low in fat to compose your plates slimming.

4- PRACTICE A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY!

Lose weight fast is good, but to associate your weight loss with the modeling of your silhouette, it is even better to be ready for the beaches!

For a slimming snack, take for example a handful of dried fruits and a fresh fruit. You will feel light and full of energy!

6-  EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!

If you want to find the line before the holidays, finish the plates where starchy mix with the bread and float in the sauce!

Eat without moderation fruits and vegetables for their many virtues! They are rich in fiber and promote good elimination, avoid cravings because they provide a feeling of satiety, they help your body to free the toxins that clog (like fat!) And in addition, they are delicious!

Treat yourself to fruit salads for breakfast, or seasonal vegetables such as asparagus, first zucchini or artichokes!

7- ENHANCE BURN-GREASE FOOD

Some foods naturally help eliminate bad fats, prevent their absorption into the body, while providing your body with the “anti-kilos” minerals you need.
Daily consumption of lemon, cider vinegar, spices, herbs or green tea will perfectly accompany your slimming.

8- REDUCE YOUR SALT CONSUMPTION!

Did you know that too much salt makes you swell? By reducing your intake of salt, you will avoid water retention, and therefore swelling of the legs or belly for example. Some foods are high in salt and should be avoided during your diet, and consume with moderation thereafter. Among them count cheese, cold cuts, or prepared dishes.
