Detox Diet

To purify your body and chase toxins, you have to adopt the detox diet! Which foods to favor ? Which dishes to avoid absolutely ? Here are 10 tips for chasing the wrong ingredients and making good habits.

1 – Avoid alcohol
Alcohol is one of the first enemies of the body. Of course, we know the health damage caused by the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. 2 – Eat detox fruits and vegetables

Some plants are true detox allies. This is the case of tea, which contains powerful antioxidants to chase free radicals. But we can also mention ortosiphon, dandelions, nettles … Prefer herbal teas and infusions, which can hydrate you!
By cons, reduce the coffee: no more than 4 cups a day.

10- The Detox lifestyle
Food is not everything. It is also necessary to adopt a healthy lifestyle: a restful sleep and a regular physical activity. Also hunt tobacco, poison. In addition to the many toxins of cigarette smoke, it also increases free radicals.
