Utility of a pre-workout ?

It’s not always easy to have maximum energy!

A pre-workout supplement will help you fight fatigue, contribute to your energy level and endurance. You will also be able to count on an increased acuity of mind which will enable you to improve the intensity.

You can just caffeine from an espresso, a lie or rely on a more elaborate supplement such as Giga Pump, Mind Rush or Bomb that contain, among other things, a well-contained supplement: creatine.

Creatine is a naturally occurring amino acid found mainly in muscle fibers. It can be called a “taxi energy” insofar as it contributes, through a sequence of chemical bonds, to recompose ATP, an important source of cellular energy. Ingestion of this supplement may provide a surplus of energy that will allow to consider heavier loads and / or a greater number of repetitions. We are talking about efforts made over very short periods. This supplement will not be useful during endurance training (running, cycling, etc.).

The pre-workout supplement intervenes in three main areas:
– He relies on caffeine to prepare the nervous system for effort;
– He relies on creatine for more power and / or endurance during short-term efforts;
– He relies on beta-alanine to fight muscle acidosis responsible for burning sensations.

Tips for using a pre-workout !

Drink 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Advised for short efforts such as those that will be done in weightlifting, bodybuilding or athletic training on synthetic mats. Will also be useful for CrossFit and courses where efforts are short and intense.
